Verse 2:158

• Arabic: إِنَّ ٱلصَّفَا وَٱلْمَرْوَةَ مِن شَعَآئِرِ ٱللَّهِ ۖ فَمَنْ حَجَّ ٱلْبَيْتَ أَوِ ٱعْتَمَرَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ أَن يَطَّوَّفَ بِهِمَا ۚ وَمَن تَطَوَّعَ خَيْرًۭا فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَاكِرٌ عَلِيمٌ
• Phonetic: Innaṣ-Ṣafā wal-Marwata min sha'ā'irillāh ۖ faman ḥajjul-bayta awi'tamarā falā junāḥa 'alayhi ay yaṭṭawwafa bihimā ۚ wa man taṭawwa'a khayran fa'innallāha shākirun 'alīm
• English Translation: Indeed, as-Safa and al-Marwah are among the symbols of Allah. So whoever performs Hajj or 'Umrah at the House - there is no blame upon him for circumambulating between them. And whoever volunteers good - then indeed, Allah is appreciative and Knowing.
• Telugu Meaning (సాధారణంగా మాట్లాడే తెలుగులో): నిశ్చయంగా, సఫా మరియు మర్వా అల్లాహ్ చిహ్నాలలో (ఆరాధన స్థలాలలో) ఉన్నాయి. కాబట్టి, ఎవరైతే గృహానికి హజ్ లేదా ఉమ్రా చేస్తారో, వారికి ఆ రెండింటి మధ్య ప్రదక్షిణలు (సఈ) చేయడంలో ఎటువంటి తప్పు లేదు. మరియు ఎవరైతే స్వచ్ఛందంగా మంచి చేస్తారో, నిశ్చయంగా అల్లాహ్ సర్వజ్ఞుడు.

Verse 2:159

• Arabic: إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَكْتُمُونَ مَآ أَنزَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ وَٱلْهُدَىٰ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا بَيَّنَّٰهُ لِلنَّاسِ فِى ٱلْكِتَٰبِ ۙ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ يَلْعَنُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَيَلْعَنُهُمُ ٱللَّاعِنُونَ
• Phonetic: Innal-ladhīna yaktumūna mā anzalnā minal-bayyināti wal-hudā mim ba'di mā bayyannāhu linnāsi fil-kitābi ۙ ulā'ika yal'anuhumullāhu wa yal'anuhumul-lā'inūn
• English Translation: Indeed, those who conceal what We sent down of clear proofs and guidance after We made it clear for the people in the Scripture - those are cursed by Allah and cursed by those who curse.
• Telugu Meaning (సాధారణంగా మాట్లాడే తెలుగులో): మేము స్పష్టమైన సాక్ష్యాలను మరియు మార్గదర్శకత్వాన్ని అవతరింపజేసిన తర్వాత, గ్రంథంలో ప్రజలకు స్పష్టం చేసిన తర్వాత కూడా వాటిని దాచిపెట్టేవారు - వారిని అల్లాహ్ శపిస్తాడు మరియు శపించేవారు కూడా శపిస్తారు.

Verse 2:160

• Arabic: إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ تَابُوا۟ وَأَصْلَحُوا۟ وَبَيَّنُوا۟ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ أَتُوبُ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ وَأَنَا ٱلتَّوَّابُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
• Phonetic: Illalladhīna tābū wa aṣlaḥū wa bayyanū fa'ulā'ika atūbu 'alayhim ۚ wa anā at-Tawwābur-Raḥīm
• English Translation: Except for those who repent and correct themselves and make [the truth] clear. Those - I will accept their repentance, and I am the Acceptor of Repentance, the Merciful.
• Telugu Meaning (సాధారణంగా మాట్లాడే తెలుగులో): పశ్చాత్తాపపడి, తమను తాము సరిదిద్దుకొని, [సత్యాన్ని] స్పష్టం చేసేవారు, అలాంటి వారి పశ్చాత్తాపాన్ని నేను స్వీకరిస్తాను, మరియు నేను పశ్చాత్తాపాన్ని స్వీకరించేవాడిని, దయామయుడిని.

Verse 2:161

• Arabic: إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَمَاتُوا۟ وَهُمْ كُفَّارٌ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ عَلَيْهِمْ لَعْنَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ
• Phonetic: Innal-ladhīna kafarū wa mātū wa hum kuffārun ulā'ika 'alayhim la'natullāhi wal-malā'ikati wan-nāsi ajma'īn
• English Translation: Indeed, those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelievers - upon them is the curse of Allah and the angels and all the people.
• Telugu Meaning (సాధారణంగా మాట్లాడే తెలుగులో): నిశ్చయంగా, అవిశ్వసించి, అవిశ్వాసులుగా మరణించినవారు - వారిపై అల్లాహ్, దేవదూతలు మరియు ప్రజలందరి శాపం ఉంటుంది.

Verse 2:162

• Arabic: خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا ۖ لَا يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمُ ٱلْعَذَابُ وَلَا هُمْ يُنظَرُونَ
• Phonetic: Khālidīna fīhā ۖ lā yukhaffafu 'anhumul-'adhābu wa lā hum yunẓarūn
• English Translation: Abiding eternally therein. The punishment will not be lightened for them, nor will they be reprieved.
• Telugu Meaning (సాధారణంగా మాట్లాడే తెలుగులో): వారు అందులో నిరంతరం ఉంటారు. వారికి శిక్ష తగ్గించబడదు, మరియు వారికి ఎలాంటి విరామం కూడా ఇవ్వబడదు.

Verse 2:163

• Arabic: وَإِلَٰهُكُمْ إِلَٰهٌۭ وَٰحِدٌۭ ۖ لَّآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
• Phonetic: Wa ilāhukum ilāhuw wāḥidun ۖ lā ilāha illā Huwar-Raḥmānur-Raḥīm
• English Translation: And your god is one God. There is no deity except Him, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
• Telugu Meaning (సాధారణంగా మాట్లాడే తెలుగులో): మరియు మీ దేవుడు ఒకే ఒక్క దేవుడు. ఆయన తప్ప ఆరాధనకు అర్హుడు ఎవరూ లేరు, ఆయన అపార కరుణామయుడు, ప్రత్యేక దయామయుడు.

Verse 2:164

• Arabic: إِنَّ فِى خَلْقِ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱخْتِلَٰفِ ٱلَّيْلِ وَٱلنَّهَارِ وَٱلْفُلْكِ ٱلَّتِى تَجْرِى فِى ٱلْبَحْرِ بِمَا يَنفَعُ ٱلنَّاسَ وَمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مِن مَّآءٍۢ فَأَحْيَا بِهِ ٱلْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا وَبَثَّ فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ دَآبَّةٍۢ وَتَصْرِيفِ ٱلرِّيَٰحِ وَٱلسَّحَابِ ٱلْمُسَخَّرِ بَيْنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ لَءَايَٰتٍۢ لِّقَوْمٍۢ يَعْقِلُونَ
• Phonetic: Inna fī khalqis-samāwāti wal-arḍi wakhtilāfil-layli wan-nahāri wal-fulkillatī tajrī fil-baḥri bimā yanfa'un-nāsa wa mā anzalallāhu minas-samā'i mim mā'in fa'aḥyā bihil-arḍa ba'da mawtihā wa baththa fīhā min kulli dābbatiw wa taṣrīfir-riyāḥi was-saḥābil-musakhkhari baynas-samā'i wal-arḍi la'āyātil liqawmiy ya'qilūn
• English Translation: Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and earth, and the alternation of night and day, and the [great] ships which sail through the sea with that which benefits people, and what Allah has sent down from the heaven of rain, giving life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness and dispersing therein every [kind of] moving creature, and [in] the direction of winds and clouds controlled between the heaven and the earth - are surely signs for a people who understand.
• Telugu Meaning (సాధారణంగా మాట్లాడే తెలుగులో): నిశ్చయంగా, ఆకాశాలను మరియు భూమిని సృష్టించడంలో, రాత్రి పగలు మార్పులో, ప్రజలకు ప్రయోజనం చేకూర్చే వాటితో సముద్రంలో ప్రయాణించే [గొప్ప] ఓడలలో, మరియు అల్లాహ్ ఆకాశం నుండి వర్షాన్ని పంపించి, దానితో నిర్జీవమైన భూమికి ప్రాణం పోయడంలో మరియు దానిలో అన్ని రకాల కదిలే జీవులను వ్యాపింపజేయడంలో, మరియు గాలి మరియు మేఘాల దిశలలో - ఆకాశం మరియు భూమి మధ్య నియంత్రించబడిన - అర్థం చేసుకునే ప్రజలకు నిశ్చయంగా సూచనలు ఉన్నాయి.

Verse 2:165

• Arabic: وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يَتَّخِذُ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ أَندَادًۭا يُحِبُّونَهُمْ كَحُبِّ ٱللَّهِ ۖ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ أَشَدُّ حُبًّۭا لِّلَّهِ ۗ وَلَوْ يَرَى ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوٓا۟ إِذْ يَرَوْنَ ٱلْعَذَابَ أَنَّ ٱلْقُوَّةَ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعًۭا وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلْعَذَابِ
• Phonetic: Wa minan-nāsi may yattakhidhu min dūnillāhi andāday yuḥibbūnahum kaḥubbillāh ۖ walladhīna āmanū ashaddu ḥubbal lillāh ۗ wa law yaralladhīna ẓalamū idh yarawnal-'adhāba annal-quwwata lillāhi jamī'aw wa annallāha shadīdul-'adhāb
• English Translation: And [yet] among the people are those who take other than Allah as equals [to Him]. They love them as they should love Allah. But those who have believed are stronger in love for Allah. And if only those who commit wrong could see [what they will see] when they see the punishment [at Judgment Day] - that [all] power belongs to Allah entirely and that Allah is severe in punishment.
• Telugu Meaning (సాధారణంగా మాట్లాడే తెలుగులో): మరియు ప్రజలలో అల్లాహ్ కాకుండా ఇతరులను ఆయనకు సమానులుగా చేసుకునేవారు ఉన్నారు. వారు అల్లాహ్‌ను ప్రేమించినట్లుగా వారిని ప్రేమిస్తారు. కానీ విశ్వసించినవారు అల్లాహ్ పట్ల మరింత గాఢమైన ప్రేమను కలిగి ఉంటారు. మరియు అన్యాయం చేసేవారు [తీర్పు దినాన] శిక్షను చూసినప్పుడు - [అప్పుడు వారికి తెలుస్తుంది] అధికారం అంతా అల్లాహ్‌కే చెందుతుందని మరియు అల్లాహ్ శిక్షించడంలో కఠినమైనవాడని.

Verse 2:166

• Arabic: إِذْ تَبَرَّأَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتُّبِعُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوا۟ وَرَأَوُا۟ ٱلْعَذَابَ وَتَقَطَّعَتْ بِهِمُ ٱلْأَسْبَابُ
• Phonetic: Idh tabarra'alladhīnat-tubi'ū minalladhīnat-taba'ū wa ra'awul-'adhāba wa taqaṭṭa'at bihimul-asbāb
• English Translation: [And they should consider that] when those who have been followed disassociate themselves from those who followed them, and they [both] see the punishment, and all their ties are severed.
• Telugu Meaning (సాధారణంగా మాట్లాడే తెలుగులో): [వారు ఆలోచించాలి] ఎప్పుడు అనుసరించబడినవారు తమను అనుసరించినవారితో సంబంధాలు తెంచుకుంటారో, మరియు వారిద్దరూ శిక్షను చూసినప్పుడు, మరియు వారి అన్ని బంధాలు తెగిపోతాయి.

Verse 2:167

• Arabic: وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوا۟ لَوْ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةًۭ فَنَتَبَرَّأَ مِنْهُمْ كَمَا تَبَرَّءُوا۟ مِنَّا ۗ كَذَٰلِكَ يُرِيهِمُ ٱللَّهُ أَعْمَٰلَهُمْ حَسَرَٰتٍ عَلَيْهِمْ ۖ وَمَا هُم بِخَٰرِجِينَ مِنَ ٱلنَّارِ
• Phonetic: Wa qālalladhīnat-taba'ū law anna lanā karratan fanatabarra'a minhum kamā tabarra'ū minnā ۗ kadhālika yurīhimullāhu a'mālahum ḥasarātin 'alayhim ۖ wa mā hum bikhārijīna minan-nār
• English Translation: And those who followed will say, "If only we had another turn [at worldly life] that we could disassociate ourselves from them as they [now] have disassociated themselves from us." Thus will Allah show them their deeds as regrets upon them. And they will not emerge from the Fire.
• Telugu Meaning (సాధారణంగా మాట్లాడే తెలుగులో): మరియు అనుసరించినవారు, "మాకు ఇంకొక అవకాశం ఉండి ఉంటే, వారు ఇప్పుడు మాతో సంబంధాలు తెంచుకున్నట్లుగా మేము కూడా వారితో సంబంధాలు తెంచుకునేవారము" అంటారు. ఈ విధంగా అల్లాహ్ వారికి వారి కర్మలను వారిపై పశ్చాత్తాపాలుగా చూపిస్తాడు. మరియు వారు నరకం నుండి బయటపడలేరు.
