Q & A - 1: How much money is needed to be HAPPY
Q : If we have little "more" money, then we will be "more" happy. To what extent this is right? A : Let us take a hypothetical (imaginary) example of an organization, where the Management tells to the staff, "Instead of paying the excess Income Tax unnecessarily, we want to increase your salaries, as per your wish . Inform us, how much hike in your salary, you want this year?????" When the day come to write an application for the above, you wrote as Rs. 10,000 hike in salary you need, for this year. On the salary day you found that you have got a hike of Rs. 12,000. You feel very happy, go to home and tell to your near & dear "my organization has recognized my services and I am very happy for it". After 2 days, you came to know from the collogues that, one of your colleague of your same cadre, has got a hike of Rs. 15,000. That day you will be very unhappy.
