Whether total SALARY amount is yours?

Hi my dear, Greetings to you. As you are aware, in the present generation, both wife & husband are working & earning. But it was not the case, in many of the families of our elder generations.  Mainly the gents go to work and earn money in the form of monthly salary. Ladies use to stay in home, take care of the household works and children. Gents used to feel that they are working hard, earning the money and taking care of the family. Ladies have no contribution in their earnings. So the gents are of the opinion that -----  as the salary is their earned money, they have full control on it. Hence, they can spend their salary amounts as per their own whims & fancies. Is it justifiable? To be frank,,,,  the gents could perform their works properly because....... there is someone in the home,  who is taking care of all his needs like arranging food, clothing, entertainment, etc. So the salary earned by a gent is not belongs ...

Hi, my dear, Greetings. Today I will narrate a story that you all know  and  then,,,,, relate it to some very important aspect of our life. once an unskilled worker approached a timber depot merchant and requested for a job.  The merchant offered him a job of cutting the trees on a condition that the payment will be at the rate of Rs.100 per one tree, that was fell down.  The worker accepted the offer and agreed to work accordingly. The merchant  gave him an axe and shown the trees, marked for cutting. First day, the worker fell-down 10 trees and earned Rs.1000. The worker was happy. On the 2nd day, he could fell down only 7. So he earned Rs. 700. On the 3rd day, with much difficulty, he could cut 4 trees only and earned Rs. 400. On the 4th day, the worker could cut only one tree, from morning to evening. Due to his poor performance and low level of earnings , the worker felt very upset. He argued with the merchant  that he has been cheated ...

Hi, my dear,  Welcome. Following is the photo of Mr. Balaji Prasad ji [94400 76894], an ex.colleague of mine. Today, i.e. 10th September, is his birthday. Mr Balaji Prasad ji and myself got recruited through the BSRB, in the same batch, for the officer post, in the S V Grameena Bank, during the year 1985.     Following photo was taken during December 1985, on the last day of our Bank's induction training programme, in the Theosophical Society building, at Chittoor.  No.23, in the below photo is Mr. Balaji Prasad. [Others in this photo may please  inform in the below comments box, about their WhatsApp phone numbers and their present whereabouts] In the later-years, both of us worked as officers in the Credit Department of our Bank's HO, at Chittoor, for sometime during 1990s and also at the Srikalahasti Branch, during the year 2000. Now Mr Blalaji Prasad ji works at the RM office, Tirupati. He will be retiring from the Bank's service on 30.9.2020. ...

Hi my dear, Greetings. Today I will cover about one of our Associates, Sri J Prabhakar ji [Ph: 9600199110]. He is native is in Andhra Pradesh state. However, he resides in Chennai. Sri Prabhakar ji is one of the Founder Trustees of NDSO, a non-profit service organisation, operating in the entire Tamil Nadu state, with the the assistance of more than 1500 NGOs.  He is widely know as JP sir, in his circles.
