Dear Friends, As I stand at the age of 64+, enriched by a lifetime of experiences, I find it essential to share my thoughts and insights through these blog posts. My aim is twofold: to "rekindle" the spirits of our elders and to "impart the wisdom" gained from these experiences to the younger generations. Today, I wish to pause and reflect on a matter close to my heart—International Elders Day. It's a day set aside to celebrate the profound wisdom, vast experience, and invaluable contributions of our older adults.
