ఆనందానికి ఆది, అంతం? / Begining, ending for HAPPINESS??
ఈరోజు ఒక మఖ్యవిషయం ముచ్చటించుకొందాం.
Once upon a time, there was
a wise man named Prophet Moosa. He could talk directly to God, which was pretty
amazing.
One day, two people came to
Moosa with different problems. The first person had a lot of things and was
happy. He asked God to STOP giving him more because he didn't need it. The
second person didn't have much and was sad. He asked God why he didn't have
more.
Moosa asked God about their
requests. God told him to tell the first person to stop being so thankful for
what he had and to tell the second person to start being thankful for what he
had. So Moosa told them both.
The first person couldn't
stop being thankful because he had so much. The second person struggled to be
thankful for just one thing - the clothes on his back. Then, a strong wind came
and blew away even that.
Have you ever wondered why people aren't always happy?
Well, it's because we always want more. When we're
hungry, we want food. When we have food, we want a house. And the cycle goes
on. Plus, we look at what others have and want that too.
But maybe, just maybe,
always wanting more is what makes us unhappy. Maybe being happy with what we
have is the real key to happiness.
Here's a simple truth: being
happy with what we have makes us truly happy. We should be thankful for what
we've got. That's what will keep us smiling no matter what.
So let's remember: be happy with what you have, and say thank you for it. That's the secret to real happiness.
