My mantra to nourish my body immunity

Hi, my dear U,
Greetings.

As you know, the explosion of the Corona pandemic and non-availability of suitable vaccine to prevent it, created panic in almost all countries of the world, for the past 6 months.

All the preventive measures by the Governments like lock-down, appeals to the people to follow the preventive measures, etc., to arrest the virus spread, have miserably failed.  

In order to safeguard the national economy, the lock-down was lifted in many parts of our country. Hence, now it has become the self-responsibility of the people, to protect themselves from the Corona. 

Incidentally, effective body immune system is the only way, which can protect a person, from the Corona virus.

In the above circumstances, the quote "Regular maintenance is always cheaper than the actual cost of repair", which was applicable to the non-living things like machinery, has become relevant, even in case of the human body.

Considering all the facts about the corona, I am following the following measures to nourish my body immune system. 

Everyday, I woke-up at 4.30 AM in the morning. 

1. Eat 5 to 10 grams of Kalonji [Black seeds]. 

As per the Islamic belief, eating of Kalonji seeds will boost the body immune system. Google search will give further details on this.

2. Then, I drink a bottle of normal water and a cup of warm water.
This will clean my digestive system and makes it active.
                                             

3. Then, I do morning Namaaj. 
Prayer is a private discussion between you and your creator.
When we have the support of Almighty, nothing can harm us.

4. Then, I take dry fruits & Golden Milk

5. Then, I do walk for 45 minutes
Physical exercise is a must, to boost the body immune system.

6. Vitamin D is essential to boost body immune system. 
After the exercises, I go to the terrace of our house, so as to avail the Vitamin D through the sunshine, at free of cost.

I hope that my above actions will definitely make my body immune system very strong, so as to face the challenges.

I sincerely wish that everyone take cue from the above and do his/her best to get protected from the Corona Virus.
