Verse 2:188
Arabic: وَلَا تَأْكُلُوٓا۟ أَمْوَٰلَكُم بَيْنَكُم بِٱلْبَٰطِلِ وَتُدْلُوا۟ بِهَآ إِلَى ٱلْحُكَّامِ لِتَأْكُلُوا۟ فَرِيقًۭا مِّنْ أَمْوَٰلِ ٱلنَّاسِ بِٱلْإِثْمِ وَأَنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
Phonetic: Wa lā ta'kulū amwālakum baynakum bil-bāṭili wa tudlū bihā ilal-ḥukkāmi lita'kulū farīqam min amwālin-nāsi bil-ithmi wa antum ta'lamūn
English Translation: And do not consume one another's property unjustly or send it [in bribery] to the rulers that you may knowingly consume a portion of the property of others sinfully.
Telugu Meaning (సాధారణంగా మాట్లాడే తెలుగులో): ఒకరి సంపదను మరొకరు అన్యాయంగా తినకండి, మరియు ప్రజల సంపదలో కొంత భాగాన్ని పాపంతో తినడానికి అధికారులకు [లంచంగా] ఇవ్వకండి, మీకు తెలిసినప్పటికీ.
Verse 2:189
Arabic: يَسْـَٔلُونَكَ عَنِ ٱلْأَهِلَّةِ ۖ قُلْ هِىَ مَوَٰقِيتُ لِلنَّاسِ وَٱلْحَجِّ ۗ وَلَيْسَ ٱلْبِرُّ بِأَن تَأْتُوا۟ ٱلْبُيُوتَ مِن ظُهُورِهَا وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱلْبِرَّ مَنِ ٱتَّقَىٰ ۗ وَأْتُوا۟ ٱلْبُيُوتَ مِنْ أَبْوَٰبِهَا ۚ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ
Phonetic: Yas'alūnak 'anil-ahillah ۖ qul hiya mawāqītu linnāsi wal-ḥajj ۗ wa laysal-birru bi'an ta'tul-buyūta min ẓuhūrihā wa lākinal-birra manittaqā ۗ wa'tul-buyūta min abwābihā ۚ wattaqullāha la'allakum tufliḥūn
English Translation: They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the new moons. Say, "They are measurements of time for the people and for Hajj." And it is not righteousness to enter houses from their rears, but righteousness is [in] one who fears Allah. And enter houses from their doors. And fear Allah that you may succeed.
Telugu Meaning (సాధారణంగా మాట్లాడే తెలుగులో): [ఓ ముహమ్మద్], వారు నిన్ను నెలవంకల గురించి అడుగుతారు. చెప్పు: "అవి ప్రజలకు మరియు హజ్ (తీర్థయాత్ర)కు సమయ సూచికలు." మరియు ఇళ్లలోకి వెనుక వైపు నుండి ప్రవేశించడం పుణ్యం కాదు, కానీ పుణ్యం అంటే అల్లాహ్కు భయపడేవాడు. మరియు ఇళ్లలోకి వాటి తలుపుల నుండి ప్రవేశించండి. మరియు అల్లాహ్కు భయపడండి, తద్వారా మీరు విజయం సాధించగలరు.
Verse 2:190
Arabic: وَقَٰتِلُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِينَ يُقَٰتِلُونَكُمْ وَلَا تَعْتَدُوٓا۟ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُعْتَدِينَ
Phonetic: Wa qātilū fī sabīlillāhilladhīna yuqātilūnakum wa lā ta'tadū ۚ innallāha lā yuḥibbul-mu'tadīn
English Translation: And fight in the way of Allah those who fight you but do not transgress. Indeed, Allah does not like transgressors.
Telugu Meaning (సాధారణంగా మాట్లాడే తెలుగులో): మరియు అల్లాహ్ మార్గంలో మిమ్మల్ని ఎదుర్కొనేవారితో పోరాడండి, కానీ హద్దులు మీరకండి. నిశ్చయంగా, అల్లాహ్ హద్దులు మీరేవారిని ప్రేమించడు.
Verse 2:191
Arabic: وَٱقْتُلُوهُمْ حَيْثُ ثَقِفْتُمُوهُمْ وَأَخْرِجُوهُم مِّنْ حَيْثُ أَخْرَجُوكُمْ ۚ وَٱلْفِتْنَةُ أَشَدُّ مِنَ ٱلْقَتْلِ ۚ وَلَا تُقَٰتِلُوهُمْ عِندَ ٱلْمَسْجِدِ ٱلْحَرَامِ حَتَّىٰ يُقَٰتِلُوكُمْ فِيهِ ۖ فَإِن قَٰتَلُوكُمْ فَٱقْتُلُوهُمْ ۗ كَذَٰلِكَ جَزَآءُ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ
Phonetic: Waqtulūhum ḥaythu thaqiftumūhum wa akhrijūhum min ḥaythu akhrajūkum ۚ wal-fitnatu ashaddu minal-qatl ۚ wa lā tuqātilūhum 'indal-masjidil-ḥarāmi ḥattā yuqātilūkum fīh ۖ fa'in qātalūkum faqtulūhum ۗ kadhālika jazā'ul-kāfirīn
English Translation: And kill them wherever you overtake them and expel them from wherever they have expelled you, and persecution is greater than killing. And do not fight them at al-Masjid al-Haram until they fight you there. But if they fight you, then kill them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers.

Verse 2:192
Arabic: فَإِنِ ٱنتَهَوْا۟ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيمٌ
Phonetic: Fa'inin-tahaw fa'innallāha ghafūrur-raḥīm
English Translation: And if they cease, then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
Telugu Meaning (సాధారణంగా మాట్లాడే తెలుగులో): మరియు వారు ఆగిపోతే, నిశ్చయంగా అల్లాహ్ క్షమించేవాడు, దయామయుడు.
Verse 2:193
Arabic: وَقَٰتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّىٰ لَا تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌۭ وَيَكُونَ ٱلدِّينُ لِلَّهِ ۖ فَإِنِ ٱنتَهَوْا۟ فَلَا عُدْوَٰنَ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
Phonetic: Wa qātilūhum ḥattā lā takūna fitnatunw wa yakūnaddīnu lillāh ۖ fa'inin-tahaw falā 'udwāna illā 'alaẓ-ẓālimīn
English Translation: And fight them until there is no persecution and [until] religion is [acknowledged to be] for Allah. But if they cease, then there is to be no aggression except against the oppressors.
Telugu Meaning (సాధారణంగా మాట్లాడే తెలుగులో): మరియు హింస (ఫిత్నా) లేకుండా మరియు ధర్మం అల్లాహ్ కొరకు అయ్యేవరకు వారితో పోరాడండి. అయితే వారు ఆగిపోతే, అప్పుడు అణచివేసేవారిపై తప్ప ఎటువంటి దాడి ఉండదు.
Verse 2:194
Arabic: ٱلشَّهْرُ ٱلْحَرَامُ بِٱلشَّهْرِ ٱلْحَرَامِ وَٱلْحُرُمَٰتُ قِصَاصٌۭ ۚ فَمَنِ ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَٱعْتَدُوا۟ عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ ۚ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ
Phonetic: Ash-shahru al-ḥarāmu bish-shahril-ḥarāmi wal-ḥurumātu qiṣāṣ ۚ famani'tadá 'alaykum fa'tadū 'alayhi bimithli mā'tadā 'alaykum ۚ wattaqullāha wa'lamū annallāha ma'al-muttaqīn
English Translation: The sacred month is for the sacred month, and for [all] violations is legal retribution. So whoever has assaulted you, then assault him in the same manner that he has assaulted you. And fear Allah and know that Allah is with those who fear Him.
Telugu Meaning (సాధారణంగా మాట్లాడే తెలుగులో): పవిత్ర మాసం పవిత్ర మాసానికి (బదులుగా), మరియు [అన్ని] ఉల్లంఘనలకు చట్టపరమైన ప్రతీకారం ఉంటుంది. కాబట్టి ఎవరైతే మిమ్మల్ని దాడి చేస్తే, వారు మిమ్మల్ని దాడి చేసిన అదే విధంగా వారిపై దాడి చేయండి. మరియు అల్లాహ్కు భయపడండి మరియు నిశ్చయంగా అల్లాహ్ భయభక్తులు గలవారితో ఉన్నాడని తెలుసుకోండి.
Verse 2:195
Arabic: وَأَنفِقُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا تُلْقُوا۟ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ إِلَى ٱلتَّهْلُكَةِ ۛ وَأَحْسِنُوٓا۟ ۛ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ
Phonetic: Wa anfiqū fī sabīlillāhi wa lā tulqū bi'aydīkum ilat-tahlukati ۛ wa aḥsinū ۛ innallāha yuḥibbul-muḥsinīn
English Translation: And spend in the way of Allah and do not throw [yourselves] with your [own] hands into destruction, but do good. Indeed, Allah loves the doers of good.

Verse 2:196
Arabic: وَأَتِمُّوا۟ ٱلْحَجَّ وَٱلْعُمْرَةَ لِلَّهِ ۚ فَإِنْ أُحْصِرْتُمْ فَمَا ٱسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ ٱلْهَدْىِ ۖ وَلَا تَحْلِقُوا۟ رُءُوسَكُمْ حَتَّىٰ يَبْلُغَ ٱلْهَدْىُ مَحِلَّهُۥ ۚ فَمَن كَانَ مِنكُم مَّرِيضًا أَوْ بِهِۦٓ أَذًۭى مِّن رَّأْسِهِۦ فَفِدْيَةٌۭ مِّن صِيَامٍ أَوْ صَدَقَةٍ أَوْ نُسُكٍۢ ۚ فَإِذَآ أَمِنتُمْ فَمَن تَمَتَّعَ بِٱلْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى ٱلْحَجِّ فَمَا ٱسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ ٱلْهَدْىِ ۚ فَمَن لَّمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلَٰثَةِ أَيَّامٍۢ فِى ٱلْحَجِّ وَسَبْعَةٍ إِذَا رَجَعْتُمْ ۗ تِلْكَ عَشَرَةٌۭ كَامِلَةٌۭ ۗ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَن لَّمْ يَكُنْ أَهْلُهُۥ حَاضِرِى ٱلْمَسْجِدِ ٱلْحَرَامِ ۚ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلْعِقَابِ
Phonetic: Wa atimmul-ḥajja wal-'umrata lillāh ۚ fa'in uḥṣirtum famas-taysara minal-hady ۖ wa lā taḥliqū ru'ūsakum ḥattā yablughal-hadyu maḥillah ۚ faman kāna minkum marīḍan aw bihī adham mir ra'sihī fafidyatum min ṣiyāmin aw ṣadaqatin aw nusuk ۚ fa'idhā amintum faman tamatta'a bil-'umrati ilal-ḥajji famas-taysara minal-hady ۚ famal-lam yajid faṣiyāmu thalāthati ayyāmin fil-ḥajji wa sab'atin idhā raja'tum ۗ tilka 'asharatun kāmilah ۗ dhālika limal-lam yakun ahluhū ḥāḍiril-masjidil-ḥarām ۚ wattaqullāha wa'lamū annallāha shadīdul-'iqāb
English Translation: And complete the Hajj and 'Umrah for Allah. But if you are prevented, then [offer] what can be obtained with ease of sacrificial animals. And do not shave your heads until the sacrificial animal has reached its place of slaughter. And whoever among you is ill or has an ailment of the he

Verse 2:197
Arabic: ٱلْحَجُّ أَشْهُرٌۭ مَّعْلُومَٰتٌۭ ۚ فَمَن فَرَضَ فِيهِنَّ ٱلْحَجَّ فَلَا رَفَثَ وَلَا فُسُوقَ وَلَا جِدَالَ فِى ٱلْحَجِّ ۗ وَمَا تَفْعَلُوا۟ مِنْ خَيْرٍۢ يَعْلَمْهُ ٱللَّهُ ۗ وَتَزَوَّدُوا۟ فَإِنَّ خَيْرَ ٱلزَّادِ ٱلتَّقْوَىٰ ۚ وَٱتَّقُونِ يَٰٓأُو۟لِى ٱلْأَلْبَٰبِ
Phonetic: Al-ḥajju ashhurum ma'lūmāt ۚ faman faraḍa fīhinnall-ḥajja falā rafatha wa lā fusūqa wa lā jidāla fil-ḥajj ۗ wa mā taf'alū min khayrin ya'lamhullāh ۗ wa tazawwadū fa'inna khayraz-zādit-taqwā ۚ wattaqūni yā ulil-albāb
English Translation: Hajj is [during] well-known months. So whoever has made Hajj obligatory upon himself therein [by assuming ihram], there is to be no sexual relations and no disobedience and no disputing during Hajj. And whatever good you do - Allah knows it. And take provisions, but indeed, the best provision is righteousness. And fear Me, O people of understanding.
