  How Systematic Persuasion Led to a Train Ticket Refund Dear friends, Today, I am excited to share a success story with all of you. It’s a testament to the power of persistence and systematic advocacy. Background Mr. Somu Ravi Kumar, one of our associates, faced a frustrating situation. He had booked a train ticket on 29th October 2023, but due to an unfortunate train accident near Vishakhapatnam, the journey was canceled. Despite his efforts, obtaining a refund proved elusive. Following is the photocopy of Mr Somu Ravi Kumar explaining the facts and seeking our help. The Railway Authorities, in a letter dated 18th April 2024, categorically stated that passengers must file an online TDR (Ticket Deposit Receipt) within three days of cancellation or diversion of the train.
