"Bakrid" Greetings

Assalamu Alaikum 
Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,

As we prepare to welcome the sacred occasion of Eid al-Adha (Bakrid) tomorrow, I feel deeply inspired to reach out to each of you—my cherished friends, beloved relatives, and respected well-wishers.

Bakrid is not just a celebration of faith; it is a timeless reminder of devotion, selflessness, and unwavering trust in Allah (SWT). 

The legacy of Prophet Ibrahim (A.S.) teaches us that true submission lies in putting our faith above all worldly attachments, and in extending our hands in generosity and compassion.

On this blessed eve, I pray:

  • May your hearts be filled with peace and gratitude,

  • Your homes with laughter and barakah,

  • And your lives with health, happiness, and divine mercy.

Let us also remember those in need and reach out to them with love and kindness. 

A small act of sharing today can bring immense joy in someone else’s tomorrow.

I humbly request you to keep me and my family in your duas, just as you are always in mine.

Ballia Reunion on 7.1.2026

My dear friends, Sometimes, life gives us a second chance to step into a photograph we thought had faded. This is the story of one such gift —a get-together of the  Ballia Babuas  on  07.01.2026  at the  Ramapriya Convention, Vijayawada . It began, as all beautiful things often do, with a simple message. About fifteen days prior, our dear friend  Mr. Ramachandra Rao Ji  posted an invitation in our WhatsApp group—a digital call that echoed across years and kilometres. Day by day, he added names to an animated list, each confirmation a spark rekindling a fire that had last burned in  Ballia , a town in eastern Uttar Pradesh on the banks of the Ganga. My Ballia Memories

My dear frineds, Greetings to you all. In this post I am sharing my memories attached to "Ballia", where I studied the one year Remedial Course and 2 years M.Sc(Ag) Economics Course, from 1980 to 83, in the SMMTPG College, Ballia.  Folloing is our College Photo. This is the back side of the college. After receipt of the front side photo, I will update it.   During the 1st year, I stayed in the College Hostel. And for the next two years, along with    Mr. Lakshmi Narayana [a M.Sc course student from Vijayawada], I took a Room on rent, in the Police Lines, Ballia. The House owner was Mrs. Suseela Gupata, a teacher. She, her Son     Mr. Suneel and we both students, use to stay in that House. Mr. Lakshminarayana vacated the room after completion of his course.
