My GRAMABANK Memories - 4

Hi, my dear, 
Welcome.

Following is the photo of Mr. Balaji Prasad ji [94400 76894], an ex.colleague of mine.
Today, i.e. 10th September, is his birthday.


Mr Balaji Prasad ji and myself got recruited through the BSRB, in the same batch, for the officer post, in the S V Grameena Bank, during the year 1985.    

Following photo was taken during December 1985, on the last day of our Bank's induction training programme, in the Theosophical Society building, at Chittoor. 
No.23, in the below photo is Mr. Balaji Prasad.

In the later-years, both of us worked as officers in the Credit Department of our Bank's HO, at Chittoor, for sometime during 1990s and also at the Srikalahasti Branch, during the year 2000.

Now Mr Blalaji Prasad ji works at the RM office, Tirupati.
He will be retiring from the Bank's service on 30.9.2020.

Incidentally, Mr. Balaji Prasad ji and myself hails from Tiruapti town.
As our houses are located just 500 meters apart in Tirupati, we use to meet frequently.
He is cooperative and helping nature person.

I still remember some incidents; 
1. while I was working as the Branch Manager, he along with our common friend Mr Sanjeev babu ji voluntarily came to my Branch on one holiday, for tallying of the Books.

2. He contributed amount for conducting a "health camp" through our Helping Hands Foundation, during the year 2013.

Mr Balaji Prasad ji is blessed with a cooperative wife and 2 children. 
Both children are software engineers and settled well, in their careers.

On the eve of Mr Balaji Prasad ji's birthday, I sincerely pray .........
May Almighty bless him and his family members with good health & HAPPINESS.

Ballia Reunion on 7.1.2026

My dear friends, Sometimes, life gives us a second chance to step into a photograph we thought had faded. This is the story of one such gift —a get-together of the  Ballia Babuas  on  07.01.2026  at the  Ramapriya Convention, Vijayawada . It began, as all beautiful things often do, with a simple message. About fifteen days prior, our dear friend  Mr. Ramachandra Rao Ji  posted an invitation in our WhatsApp group—a digital call that echoed across years and kilometres. Day by day, he added names to an animated list, each confirmation a spark rekindling a fire that had last burned in  Ballia , a town in eastern Uttar Pradesh on the banks of the Ganga. My Ballia Memories

My dear frineds, Greetings to you all. In this post I am sharing my memories attached to "Ballia", where I studied the one year Remedial Course and 2 years M.Sc(Ag) Economics Course, from 1980 to 83, in the SMMTPG College, Ballia.  Folloing is our College Photo. This is the back side of the college. After receipt of the front side photo, I will update it.   During the 1st year, I stayed in the College Hostel. And for the next two years, along with    Mr. Lakshmi Narayana [a M.Sc course student from Vijayawada], I took a Room on rent, in the Police Lines, Ballia. The House owner was Mrs. Suseela Gupata, a teacher. She, her Son     Mr. Suneel and we both students, use to stay in that House. Mr. Lakshminarayana vacated the room after completion of his course.
