Powerful GARLIC

Greetings.
As everyone knows, "Garlic" has many medicinal values.
Laboratory studies confirmed that the Garlic got the antibacterial, antiviral properties and useful in dealing with the heart disease, intestinal and urinary track problems, common cold, oral health, etc.
But, while cooking, the Garlic looses its medicinal values.
Hence, it is better to consume the raw garlic, if we want to derive the benefits.
Due to burning taste and bad breath after eating, many avoid raw garlic consumption.
However, I follow the following simple technique, to consume the raw garlic.
First, I cut the garlic into small pieces, in a plate.
Add water to it, so that the hot test will get reduced.
Then, swallow the garlic pieces with water.
After that , I drink some more water, so that whatever the remaining particles are there in the mouth, they also go-down through the throat. This will also helps in keeping the mouth fresh and clean.
The water flow makes the garlic pieces to move into the intestine and helps in its digestion.
