Politics without MONEY
Hi my dear,Welcome.
As many, I was also under the impression about the politics as ....
- It is a dirty game,
- One has to spend lot of money, to contest in the elections,
- There is no place for a genuine person in it,
- Religion, caste, sects etc plays dominating role,
- One should have Back support in the form of good family background,
- etc, etc.
But the Aam Aadmi Party's [AAP] initial struggles, approach, etc., has changed my perceptions to a greater extent, about the politics.
Hence, I voluntarily offered one room in my house at Tirupati, for the AAP party office meetings.
For more than 6 months, there use to be regular meetings and discussions, in our house [AAP office].
During the year 2014, I have actively participated in canvasing for the AAP, in Tirupati town.
My friends Mr. Pawan Kumar [MLA] and Mr. Nagesh [MP] from Tirupati town, contested in the 2014 elections, as the AAP candidates.
After observing those elections closely, I decided that politics is not a suitable subject to pursue, for a person of my mentality.
So, once again I excluded myself from taking interest in the politics, since 2014 elections.
Recently I read a convincing message in the WhatsApp that - money in lakhs & crores, is not required to win in the political elections.
It was a message from Mr Madhava Reddy ji [Ph: 94902 44255]
He calls it as "Zero Budget Politics" concept.
Naturally this "Zero Budget Politics" aroused curiosity in me.
I made a search in Google and found lot of YouTube videos on "Zero budget Politics".
I called Mr. Madhava Reddy ji over phone and had a detailed discussion about his concept.
To my inquiry, he quoted live examples, where the people gave money to a leader for the election expenses and made him to won with majority.
Following is a part of write-up sent by Mr. Madhava Reddy ji, at my request.
Following is the newspaper clipping
After closely observing the "Zero Budget Politics" concept, I am convinced that .......
- Politics are as sacred as any other profession
- Crores of rupees are not required for canvasing or to purchase the voters to win in the political elections to a person, who is really interested in the welfare of the society.
- Instead of taking money to vote, people will contribute funds to the candidate, if they believe that the candidate can be of help for their area development.
Incidentally, following poster came to my notice, through WhatsApp.
It says..... this world has become dreadful, not due to the Bad people, but because of....
- the good people who failed to question the bad,
- the timid, who failed to ask boldly,
- the selfish, who thought as what is there for them in it.
I feel it as my responsibility to promote & encourage good people to come into politics.
Hence, through the following 2 minutes videos, I am promoting this "Zero Budget Politics Concept", in my friends circles.

Further, I appeal to the younger generation to take interest in good governance and promote genuine people to win in the political elections.
Because, ultimately we be will ruled by the politicians directly, to whom we provided power through elections.
Hence, it is our responsibility to see that virtuous people enter into the politics and won in the elections.
What do you say, my dear??

to take part without caste; community etc. But unless the present education system changes, citizens will not support genuine contestents.
Lok Satta Party failed in AP, whereas LSP from NRI volunteers canvassed at New Delhi for AARP won bumper majority. That depends on Contestant's integrity etc.
