JANSEVA - for banking without interest.

Welcome.

During my quest for "Interest Free Banking organisation", I found in the Google search that - JANSEVA Coop. Credit Society is one such organisation, which is working on "Islamic Principles".

JANSEVA with its HO at Mumbai, functioning in 12 states of our India.

Following link in their website gives full details about their banking products.

Below is the photo of Dr. Rahamathullah ji, Managing Director, JANSEVA Cooperative Credit Society.

Sometime back, Dr. Rahamathullah ji asked me to prepare SWOT Analysis of their organisation.

Incidentally, I conducted Audit of JANSEVA [Tamilnadu State Branches], few years back. 

Basing on my Audit Reports, I prepared the SWOT Analysis, mainly focusing on the Weaknesses and Threats. 

However, my main comments on that organisation was ......
As the JANSEVA is effectively functioning for more than 10 years, it itself is an indication that...... 
the organisation has overcome all its initial hurdles successfully,
the organisation has been proved as a self sustainable model,
the organisation can now expand its Branch network to all states of India.

Ballia Reunion on 7.1.2026

My dear friends, Sometimes, life gives us a second chance to step into a photograph we thought had faded. This is the story of one such gift —a get-together of the  Ballia Babuas  on  07.01.2026  at the  Ramapriya Convention, Vijayawada . It began, as all beautiful things often do, with a simple message. About fifteen days prior, our dear friend  Mr. Ramachandra Rao Ji  posted an invitation in our WhatsApp group—a digital call that echoed across years and kilometres. My Ballia Memories

My dear frineds, Greetings to you all. In this post I am sharing my memories attached to "Ballia", where I studied the one year Remedial Course and 2 years M.Sc(Ag) Economics Course, from 1980 to 83, in the SMMTPG College, Ballia.  Folloing is our College Photo. This is the back side of the college. After receipt of the front side photo, I will update it.   During the 1st year, I stayed in the College Hostel. And for the next two years, along with    Mr. Lakshmi Narayana [a M.Sc course student from Vijayawada], I took a Room on rent, in the Police Lines, Ballia. The House owner was Mrs. Suseela Gupata, a teacher. She, her Son     Mr. Suneel and we both students, use to stay in that House. Mr. Lakshminarayana vacated the room after completion of his course.
