As you are aware, series of lock-downs due to Corona pandemic forced many officials in general, Software professionals in particular to adopt the "Work from Home".

Just they are sitting before the computers from morning to night and working, without bothering about the physical activities.

Similarly the children and students, who were earlier very actively involved in sports & games are also confined to indoors, with the computer games.

Physical activity or exercise is essential for our good health and to reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease.
