Happy MEMORIES of 25.7.2020 morning activity.
Hi my dear U,
Greetings.
A friend from Tirupati, Mr. Syed Nujath [Ph: 81065 40363], on 9.7.20, sent a WhatsApp message as "You should participate in the YouTube challenge of Documentary making on July 25th, a day in your life".
On the same day I received an email from YouTube creators with a subject
"Join the world in making a historic documentary on July 25th".
I gone through the contents of the above email and placed the matter before our family members, during our dining table discussion.
As my son is doing "work from home", we prefer to have the casual discussions, at the dining table, while enjoying our food.
Like most parts of our country, in our Chennai city also lock-down is being implemented and all of us are confined to homes only.
Since the announcement of the lock-down, we are practicing the steps explained in the below link, to enhance our body immune system.
After listening to the documentary details furnished in the email / video ...............
1. My wife, Mrs. Asha Naseer [Ph: 86390 43507], eagerly proposed that we should participate in this activity.
2. My daughter Mrs. Zubera [Ph: 83093 82897] enthusiastically endorsed my wife's proposal and came forward to take active part, in this activity.
3. My son Mr. Akhil , a Chartered Accountant voluntarily agreed to extend required cooperation to us, despite of his busy work schedules.
After the brainstorming, it is decided to involve the children of our street in our 25.7.2020 morning "Street Gardening Activity", take a video and present it to the organizers of the above program, for consideration.
{This link explains my daily morning routine:
Actually, the "Street Gardening Activity" idea originated from Mr. Yandamoori Veerentdranadh a famous Telugu novels & motivational books writer.
In one of his book he wrote that - in his house street, he planted saplings many years back. They have become big trees and its canopy giving good shade now.
In Chennai, ours is a blind-end, approximately 100 metres lengthy street.
In this street, I am planting the Neem saplings along the street both sides, watering them and taking care of weeding etc, as my daily morning activity, since the beginning of March 2020, that is since the announcement of Corona lock-down..
It is my DREAM to see that a beautiful canopy is developed from the beginning to the ending of the street.
Unfortunately, the house owners residing at the end of the street objected my gardening activity. Hence, now I am concentrating from the starting of the street to, till the middle of the street only.
On 11.7.2020 morning, as it being the second Saturday [holiday], my son and myself went-out, in search of the small "Neem plants".
Because the neem saplings are not available in the local nursery.
At one roadside place, we found some saplings, that are suitable for or purpose.
We dug and plucked 9 neem saplings along with the mud around their roots and kept in the bags, taken along with us.
After bringing them to our home, we put them in suitable place, so as to plant them on 25.7.2020 morning. Following are the saplings, that are kept in the plastic bags along with the mud, so that they can be alive for another 14 days.
During subsequent days, pits were prepared to place these saplings.
My daughter informed our neighbors in the street about our intention to video record the neem saplings planting on 25.7.2020 and got their consent to send children to participate in the activity.
On 25.7.2020 morning, the neighbors' children participated in our activity and the same was video recorded by my son.
The unedited full length video was submitted through the link, to the documentary program organizers, for utilizing it in the the proposed documentary.
However, my daughter edited the video and uploaded it in my YouTube channel.
Following are the links of it.

I sincerely extend my thanks to Mr. Syed Nujath [for igniting the idea in me, about this activity], our neighbors & their children [for participating in this activity], my family members in general and my daughter in particular [for taking active part in this activity].
Hope you enjoyed seeing the above videos and reading this post.
